Our new egg-free wheat noodles with rich spicy Japanese satay-style broth with black garlic, served on the side for dipping your noodles. Topped with avocado, lotus root chips, bean sprouts, hanjuku egg, menma (bamboo), sundried tomato & nori.

New Egg-Free Wheat Noodle (Vegan)

We’re testing out a new vegan noodle made without any egg. It’s wheat-based so unfortunately is not gluten free, but all you GF people can still get the chewy sweet potato noodle or greens to substitute for the wheat noodle options.
